This is a beautiful telephone design and the Bakelite parts are in great undamaged or repaired condition. It has a genuine GPO No10 with an enamel numeric dial face. The dial face is not perfect but very good. Please see the picture. This is a real statement telephone and shouts the period it was designed and first manufactured in 1931. See the advertisement of this model in 1933 to the left top. This telephone has been totally stripped down and rebuilt after each part has been cleaned and polished. It is fitted with a best quality electronic microphone, British manufactured hand plaited braided handset cord and a black "D" shaped line in with a UK telephone plug socket made by me. It has been converted and tested to work perfectly and should be fine on any telephone provider. This model is one of my personal favourites and I always try my best to have them on my site. This model often has cracks to the side but this one is perfect. I have fitted a GPO period No27 speech coil as it came without one fitted. I have replaced some of wth wiring on the bell coils as the original wiring was not working. I have fitted new feet. I can make a dial label with your information at no extra charge. ready to plug in and go. The parts have been cleaned and polished but will not be perfect but restored to the very highest level keeping as original as possible and with making it function to a very good standard. it is fitted with a one of the gold labels I had made around 15 years ago which are fantastic and I cannot get them made to the same quality now. A dial label can be made with your information at no extra charge.
