This is a great example of an un-touched Ericsson GPO No16 telephone. These do turn up from time to time but they are usually in a terrible messed about condition. This one has all the original cords and a lovely wooded connection block. One of the nicest I have found that is complete. It is not perfect as you can see the metal plating has some pitting and the Aluminium on the No 28 handset is weathered. It has its original intact horn mouthpiece. This will make a fine addition to a collection for display. This model was made from around 1895 and was still in use and being factory refurbished until after the second world war. I have priced it quite low as I haven't had to do much work to it and is not being sold as a working item. Grab yourself a nice piece of telephone history. This came as a pair and the other is available but has a missing bell and one small screw otherwise pretty much the same. If you want both ask me for a price for the two or just the other one which will be listed later at £350.
