Thank you for taking the time to browse our shop. We have many standard items as well as some very rare and collectable ones. Some items will not be able to be restocked and so make sure you don't miss them.


All our telephones come with a life time of ownership conditional guarantee. See terms and conditions below for full details. 


1 We have now updated our guarantee to cover the life time of your ownership. We will repair any fault free of charge that may develop over the life time of ownership. This will not cover mouldings fabrics or finishes but will cover any electrical or mechanical fault that may develop under normal use. The telephone must have been sold as a working and not as a collector’s not working item. The fault will be repaired but if you require it to be restored in anyway this will be chargeable. It will require you to produce a genuine invoice number and proof of identity will also be required. It will not include any postage and packing costs which will be your responsibility both to and from our address after the 14 days cooling off period. This will not be transferable to anyone other than the name on the invoice. This guarantee will be terminated if “Antique Telephones” is sold or ceases trading. We cannot be held responsible for any changes in technology that may make it unworkable in the future with either your exchange or other telephones on your system.

Items for sale are kept as original as possible but may have new parts fitted where it is not possible to get old replacements. We buy lots of items that may have passed through many hands including private collectors and dealers and so cannot be held responsible for any parts that may have been replaced or repaired and not noted in the description. If you are not happy in any way at all please return within the cooling off period as stated above. No returns or money back can be given after this period.

2 Packing must be kept for this period to enable the return to us in perfect condition. Any damage in transit will be at your risk. Postage charges to us will be at your expense but we will pay for the return post to you.

3 If the fault cannot be repaired we will replace the item with one of a similar value.

4 If the item is not at fault but will not work with your exchange at the time of purchase we will offer a full refund on the cost of the item. Packing must be kept for this period to enable the return to us in perfect condition. Any damage in transit will be at your risk. Postage charges to us will be at your expense.

5 We can process credit and debit cards using our secure online payment checkout.

You can send a personal cheque made payable to Neil Carpenter to be cleared by our bank before the items are sent out. (14 Days from entering our account)

6 Any on-line purchase can be returned within the cooling off period as stated in law at the time of receipt. No reason for return is required within this time.

Cash by special delivery at your risk.

Collection with a cash payment only by prior arrangement.

Delivery Policy

UK orders will be sent out by Post Office first class signed for if under 2Kg and second class signed for if spares order.

Orders over 2Kg will be sent using a 24-48 hour tracked courier service.

Packing is very good and for 200 and 300 series models we use a box lined with 1 inch polystyrene and so ask that packing is kept to enable the item to be sent back if required.

Orders sent out internationally.

We use a fully tracked and signed for courier to send out items. If we send smaller items at reduced priced shipping we will ask for the customer to agree this before it it sent out.


Split Shipping


If one or more of your items are not available we are unable to do split orders at this time. 

We will send out your package once all the items in your cart are ready to be shipped.


Please read the conditions very carefully and if you are unhappy with any aspect of them you must not continue with your purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel any purchase made and for any reason we see fit. Cheques must be made payable to Neil Carpenter and cleared in our bank account before any item is sent out. Full checks will be made on every purchase which may include us contacting you by telephone to verify all your stated details. We may have only one of an item in stock and therefore due to the updating of the website, on a daily basis, the item you have selected may already have been sold. In this case we will notify you as soon as possible with no obligation to us, to supply another one.
