As you can see this is a lovely example of an early No10 dial. It has the solid copper finger dial with its original black finish. As you can see some has worn off around finger holes but I wanted to keep it totally original and so nothing has been painted. Some of the original enamel is scratched but still in wonderful original condition. It has been totally stripped down cleaned and rebuilt. The spring has been replaced and the connections have all been cleaned and set up including the dial speed etc. It has been tested using a line simulator to make sure it is working perfectly. As you can see this was not a five minute job and a lot of experience has gone into bringing back to full working condition. I have never sold dials before as they are so hard to get but as I have a few of these early dials I thought I would see if they are worth spending the time on.
