This is a genuine sign. The dimensions are 19" x 12" inches and would have been mounted to wall using a bracket with a steel pole to allow it to pivot. As you can see this is in great condition with very minor damage and no fading. Take a look at the video to asses the condition but in my opinion it is very good.
