I bought this because I have never had a perfect example and this one although badly damaged was a perfect colour with no fading. I have now spent a great deal of money having it resin repaired by a specialist. I never thought it would come back as good as this and am so glad I bought it. Totally original and was still in use right up to now. The repairs can be seen on close inspection but you would need to be told it was repaired. The cradle has stainless steel pins in the rear legs and so probably stronger that before broken. The telephone has been reserved but the bell set may be available if he just decides not to go for the bell set.
