Some very good new parts are available such as drawer fronts and knobs. It is possible that these need to be added if broken. Braided cords and line in cords are also generally changed.

Very nice old Ivory telephone. Fitted with a pulse to tone unit and so will work on any Telephone network including Voip. Similar but not a 300 series telephone.
