This is one of the most sought after of the 300 series telephones. It has the “bell on bell off” buttons which can be very useful for weekend lay ins or young children in bed etc. This is a wonderful example and as good as you will ever find. It is marked 1956 and 1957 on the base and is all original. I have even managed to retain the original handset cord and although it has some minor sine’s of use is a very nice original feature. If you request a best quality hand plaited reproduction I will fit one at no extra cost. It has been stripped down and rebuilt after each part has been cleaned and polished and it is fitted with an electronic microphone to bring it up to modern standards of speech quality. This is over 50 years old and as good as the day it was issued and is now ready for the next 50.
