This is a wonderful example of a sought after GPO 314L model GPO telephone. This telephone has been totally stripped down and re built after each part has been cleaned and polished.The handset is dated 1954 and this telephone was factory refurbished in 1961. It retains its original genuine GPO No12 all metal dial with alpha numeric dial face and stainless steel finger wheel. The dial has been stripped down and re built and set up to the correct speed and the contacts cleaned. This telephone has the original genuine switching mechanism for the bell on bell off operation and is set up to work perfectly. I have fitted a top quality electronic microphone and a very best available all British manufactured hand plaited braided handset cord. The line in cord is a quality heavy duty "D" shaped plastic and was made up by me to ensure the quality. I can make a dial label with your information at no extra charge.
